Job Overview

Good Communication with 1 to 2 years of overall experience in Python programming skills. Experience with Windows scripting.Exposure to web application development & REST APIs. Knowledge of databases (preferably NoSQL like MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).

Strategy & Leadership: Lead a team of automation engineers, set technical direction, and define high-level architecture for automation initiatives.
Implementation: Design, build, and maintain automation scripts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java).
Quality & Testing: Drive the transformation of testing into a continuous, intelligent, and efficient end-to-end process.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, DevOps, and data teams to identify opportunities for process automation and infrastructure improvement.
Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and speed, including CI/CD pipelines.
