Primary Skills:

• AI/ML Development (1+ years)

o Hands-on with Python (Flask/FastAPI), LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.

o Experience with LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

o Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

o Familiarity with evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, Trulens).

• Databases (SQL/NoSQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/DocumentDB) used for structured + unstructured

data.

Secondary Skills:

• Source control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

• Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).

• Exposure to front-end basics (React, Next.js) a plus.

• Cloud & Deployment (1+ years) – Good to have

o Knowledge of Azure AI Services / AWS Sagemaker / GCP Vertex AI.

o Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

o CI/CD integration for AI features.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering at least 1+ years

• Certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus.
