Ensuring sourcing is done as per the guide lines of the company in terms of age, relationships, credit worthiness of the members and distance from branch office as per the funder requirement.
Ensure that process is followed in every aspect of business and day to day procedures. In case of any doubts seniors (BM) should be contacted
KYC Collection at the time of new sourcing should be very clear so that scan copy is not effected
Sourcing data punched in the system should be correct.
Prime responsibility of 100% collection of OTRR. Documentation (Loan card, min book) of Centre Meeting should be done properly.
Receipting every collection amount, Entry of denomination in the register, Handover the collected cash to AO, Work on Dues / problematic area.
Maintaining the attendance of clients (Centre health)
Proper member follow-ups before collection dates.
Adopt fair practice in collection, should have soft approach towards the clients.
Proper reporting of leave in the system.
Should attend proper training sessions.
Should be hardworking in career & growth and work towards the growth of the company.
Should involve in BLC meetings of the branches.
Proper entries in the movement register.
Reporting of every projection meetings should be done to BM. In coordination with AO and MIS Team.
All issues should be reported to BM related to centre collection and unhealthy centre.
No cash holding of any client. If in case it was done then proper approval will be required.
