Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote and services across various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

• Create engaging and compelling content, including text, image, and video posts, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice and identity.

• Manage all social media channels, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Conduct regular analysis of social media performance and audience insights using analytics tools to optimize content and strategy for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, digital content creation, and influencer marketing, and integrate them into our strategies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

 

Required skills and Experience:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions and optimizations.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas and formats.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong project management and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is a plus
