Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all documents

Edit content to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality without changing the meaning

Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members for content improvement

Use proofreading tools and software effectively (e.g., Track Changes, Grammarly)

Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Maintain confidentiality of company documents and content

Preferred candidate profile :

Strong command of written English (grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure)

Ability to identify and correct errors quickly and accurately

Good understanding of tone, clarity, and readability of content

High attention to detail and consistency in formatting

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good time management skills to meet deadlines

Strong comprehension skills to ensure context is not altered while editing

We are mainly looking for candidates with strong English background , preferably BA in English
