ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at E Software Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and hands-on experience in

creating exceptional user experiences across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Design user interfaces for mobile applications, websites, and web applications

 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

 Develop user flows, user journeys, and information architecture

 Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs

 Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

 Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices

 Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines

 Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 1+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design

 Expert proficiency in Figma (Must Have)

 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

 Hands-on experience designing:

 Mobile Applications (iOS & Android)

 Websites and Web Applications

 Interactive Prototypes

 User Interface Components

 Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles

 Understanding of responsive and adaptive design

 Ability to create pixel-perfect designs

 Knowledge of design systems and component libraries

 Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense

PREFERRED SKILLS

 Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

 Understanding of HTML/CSS basics

 Experience with user research and testing methodologies

 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

 Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work
