JOB ROLE: TELECALLING EXECUTIVE

JOB LOCATION: HYDERABAD

EXPERIENCES: 6 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS

JOB TIMINGS: 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role, As a Real Estate Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone to generate leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the overall sales efforts of the real estate team. You will be making approximately 300 calls per day to reach out to prospective clients, provide information about available properties, and schedule appointments for property viewings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cold calling potential clients to introduce real estate services.

Generate leads and set appointments for meetings with sales person and site visits

Provide information about available properties and projects

Follow up with Leads to nurture relationship and gather additional information

Maintain daily calling & follow up reports in excel sheet

Good listener to the customers and query solving ability

Customer call handling ability ( call etiquette)
