Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT & CRM Specialist to join our real estate team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure and CRM systems to enhance our operational efficiency and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in real estate, and the ability to drive improvements in our technology and customer relationship strategies.

Key Responsibilities

IT Management:

                Infrastructure Management:

•             Maintain and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

•             Ensure the security and integrity of company data through regular backups, updates, and cybersecurity measures.

•             Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues ly to minimize downtime.

                Software Management:

•             Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications used within the company.

•             Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to improve operational efficiency.

•             Provide technical support and training to staff on IT systems and software applications.

•             System Integration:

•             Integrate various IT systems and platforms to streamline operations.

•             Ensure compatibility and smooth data flow between different software and tools.

CRM Management:

                CRM System Administration:

•             Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and fully functional.

•             Customize the CRM system to meet the specific needs of the real estate business.

•             Import and manage client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

                Data Analysis and Reporting:

•             Utilize the CRM system to track and analyse client interactions and transactions.

•             Generate reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.

•             Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data to support business decisions.

                Client Relationship Management:

•             Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationship management and enhance client satisfaction.

•             Train staff on best practices for using the CRM system to manage client relationships.

•             Monitor and optimize the customer journey through personalized communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

•             Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

•             Proven experience in IT management and CRM administration, preferably in the real estate industry.

•             Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network administration, software installation, and data security.

•             Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) and real estate software.

•             Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•             Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Skills and Competencies

•             Technical Proficiency: Expertise in managing IT infrastructure and software applications.

•             CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices for client relationship management.

•             Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.

Working Conditions

•             Full-time position with standard office hours.

•             Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to address IT issues or support events.

•             Potential travel to different office locations or sites as needed.
