Job Title:  Inside Sales Specialist

  • Generating revenue for the team through cold calling and by closing sales deals either over the phone or face to face.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximising the revenue while up-selling.
  • Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services.
  • Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.
  • Maximising weekly revenues by achieving daily targets


Required Candidate profile 

  • Any Graduation/ Post Graduation.
  • Good Communication In English, Kannada.
  • Candidates Should Have Interest In Sales.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience in client handling and product selling.
  • The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.
  • The candidate should possess prior knowledge about customer retention/up-selling.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
