Job Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer / Product Designer with 0–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Figma and a passion for creating user-centered, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma

Conduct basic user research and translate insights into design solutions

Collaborate with developers and product teams for smooth implementation

Maintain design systems and UI consistency

Improve usability through feedback and iterative design

Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Figma (wireframing, prototyping, components, auto layout)

Understanding of UX principles, usability, and design thinking

Basic knowledge of responsive design

Familiarity with HTML/CSS concepts

Good visual design skills (Typography, Color theory, Layout)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects

Experience working on real-time or academic projects

Knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions

Basic understanding of product lifecycle
