Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle DBA with 1-2 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database servers

Monitor database performance and ensure high availability

Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting

Manage backup and recovery using RMAN

Handle database upgrades, patches, and migrations

Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance

Support development and application teams with database-related issues

Maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c)

Hands-on experience in RMAN backup & recovery

Experience in performance tuning and query optimization

Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL

Familiarity with Data Guard and database replication

Basic understanding of Linux/Unix environment

Experience in database monitoring tools

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Oracle RAC

Cloud database exposure (AWS/Azure/OCI)

Shell scripting knowledge
