Role: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Job Location: Lucknow

Mode of Work: *Work from Office*

Process- Inbound Customer Service / Chat / Voice Process / Mail.

Job Profile – Have to handle customer queries.

Criteria –

Candidates should be fluent in English, Hindi languages and well in Typing speed also.

Minimum Any graduate candidates can apply.

Work Timing: Any 9 hours from 24 hours as per the process requirement (Rotational Shifts).

Salary: • Up to 16000 CTC/Month, Salary no bar for eligible candidates.

Week off- Any 1-day week off (Rotational) in between Monday – Friday.

Location details for Walk In interview: 8th floor Bhavya corporate tower, opposite Bank of Baroda Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow - 226010

Interview Timings: 10am-5pm.
