Job Description: Wolfrax is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth within the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and other channels to introduce Wolfrax's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize processes and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Must be located in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, India.
  • Fluency in Telugu and proficiency in English.
