UIUX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will transform complex requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing interfaces by conducting user research, creating prototypes, and testing designs. The ideal candidate ensures design consistency, collaborates with developers, and prioritizes user needs to improve satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and site maps.
• UI/Visual Design: Design engaging user interfaces, including screen layouts, navigation, typography, and icons, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers and developers to implement designs, ensuring technical feasibility and high-quality final products.
• Iteration: Refine designs based on feedback, data analytics, and usability testing results.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
