Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an CSR in the International BPO telecommunications industry for inbound sales in Auto Parts. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to sales and support for our US clientele. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and promote customer loyalty.
• Meet or exceed established targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity Requirements.
• Previous experience in sales role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary :-

Experience:- 15K-23K (Fresher or 1 Year ) +Incentives

Shooters:- 23K-30K (Having Experience in Auto Parts) +Incentives
