- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Track and report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and results, using CRM software or other relevant tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and address client needs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
