Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated US Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a proven ability to effectively sell services to US clients. This position requires working in night shifts to accommodate our US client base, with incentives provided based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions and services
- Achieve sales targets and goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Handle objections and negotiate contracts effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to work in night shifts (if applicable)
- Experience in selling services to US clients preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
