Job Overview

Software Testing - Looking for a motivated Software Tester (Fresher to 2 yrs exp.)

• Graduate with a passion for software QA
• Knowledge of SDLC,STLC,and basic testing tools is preferred
• Proficient in manual testing with basic knowledge of automation tools

Primary skills:  ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python and SQL

Interview Process: Telephonic Round + Aptitude 1 + Aptitude 2 + Technical (Offline) + HR (Offline)

Education Criteria: Any bachelors

Work Location: Work from home,  Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore,  Hyderabad,  Delhi

Responsibilities:

Understand Requirements: Study product and system specifications to understand the software's functions, requirements, and scope.

Develop Test Plans: Create detailed plans outlining the testing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and criteria for testing efforts.

Design Test Cases: Prepare detailed test scenarios and scripts to evaluate various software functions, performance, and user interface.

Set Up Test Environments: Prepare the necessary hardware, software, and tools required for test execution.

Execute Tests: Run manual and automated test cases, observing system behavior to identify any issues.

Log and Report Defects: Document all found defects, crashes, and bugs, including detailed steps to reproduce them.

Perform Regression Testing: Conduct selective testing after bug fixes or new features are introduced to ensure no new errors have been introduced.

Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to provide feedback, discuss issues, and ensure quality standards are met.

Report Progress: Provide regular updates, progress reports, and testing results to stakeholders and the design
