Responsibilities:
Place quality bids on assigned technology projects.
Actively bid on platforms like Upwork and find prospective leads via LinkedIn.
Achieve targets and ensure profitability through margins.
Deliver high-end results within the assigned deadlines.
Coordinate with team members to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Assist in developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.).
MBA in Marketing or any IT field.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to business
