• Joining Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

• Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Includes Night Shifts)

• WFO/ WFH – Work From office

• Work Days – 5 Days working

• Joining Period: Immediate

Selection Process:

• Online Aptitude assessment

• Ops Interview (In Office)

Job Description:

• Agents will be responsible to work within OTA and third party tools to process ticketing transactions and rescheduling customer reservations .

• These transactions may include but are not limited to a combination of the below:

• OTA may change the composition of the transactional types based on business need and will communicate any changes to the work mix as required.

• Agents are required to possess an attention to detail and knowledge of how to quickly and accurately process ticketing changes per OTA and airline policies.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of customer service practices

• Typing skills

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
