Job Summary
Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) technology stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate user requirements into functional web applications. - Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js. - Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js. - Work with MongoDB to design and implement efficient database models and queries. - Develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies. - Strong experience with React.js and Node.js. - Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration. - Solid understanding of database design and querying using MongoDB. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Previous experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
