      A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, and nurturing existing customer relationships, acting as the main link between company and customer, involving lead generation, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, meeting targets, and using CRM tools to manage prospects and achieve growth. They understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, manage accounts, and report on sales, often working across various industries. 

      Key Responsibilities

      • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, research, and social media.
      • Client Engagement: Contact clients (phone, email, in-person) to understand needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
      • Sales & Negotiation: Conduct product demos, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
      • Account Management: Oversee existing client accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and handle queries/issues.
      • Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies, maintain CRM databases, track performance, and report on progress.
      • Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and other teams for a seamless customer experience. 

      Key Skills & Qualifications

      • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, active listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
      • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and CRM software.
      • Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field; experience is highly valued.
