Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Job Posting: Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Interviews: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and role expectations.
• Candidate Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the company’s recruitment database.
• Background Checks: Conduct background checks and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and orientation information.
• Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding initiatives and develop a strong employer brand.
• Job Fairs: Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to network with potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recruitment Skills: Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
