Role Overview:

The Trainee Data Research Associate will support the research and data operations team by collecting, validating, and organizing data for various business campaigns across industries such as E-commerce, Healthcare, B2B IT, Hospitality, EdTech, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research to collect emails, contacts, company details, and market information

• Perform data enrichment, cleansing, validation, and formatting

• Use tools like LinkedIn, Google, company websites, CRM, and research platforms

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of data

• Support marketing, sales, and outreach campaigns with timely data

• Maintain reports, documentation, and tracking sheets

• Follow data privacy, security, and compliance guidelines

• Identify and correct duplicate or incorrect data

Skills Required:

• Strong internet research skills

• Good written and verbal communication

• Attention to detail and basic analytical skills

• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools

• Familiarity with LinkedIn or databases (preferred, not mandatory)

• Quick learner with good time management and teamwork skills

Education:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream – BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, BSc preferred)

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy
