As a Fresher Sales Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our sales & web research team. Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Data and Sales teams to align sales strategies and operational processes.
  • Sales Support: Assist in managing day-to-day sales activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Data Accuracy: Support efforts to maintain high levels of accuracy in sales and web research data.
  • Monitoring: Daily monitoring of sales calls and email interactions, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to the Sales Team.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data and interactions to identify areas for improvement, and help track the impact of implemented changes.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills with a keen interest in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, adept at multitasking.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, but any internship or experience related to sales or business analysis is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Proficiency: In Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
