L1 Desktop Support Engineer

Must haves - 2 Wheeler & Driving license (also ready to travel & visit the client on-site location in Bangalore)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

CTC: 2.5 to 3.5 lakh

Qualification: Is not a criterion for the right candidate

Job Requirement: Immediate

  • Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
  • Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
  • Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

·        Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments

·        Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners

·        Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

·        Knowledge of troubleshooting Outlook and email problems

·        Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.

  • Responding to client support requests.
  • Good communication skills in English

·        Working knowledge in troubleshooting O365 / G-Suite

·        Setting up meeting rooms for Video conferencing

·        Installation and troubleshooting of Endpoint security.
