We're hiring Field Sales Executives for the Life Insurance segment to acquire new partners and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to meet partners and potential agents
- Present insurance packages and onboard new partners/agents
- Achieve sales targets and expand business network
- Build and maintain relationships with existing partners/agents
- Provide product training and support

Must-Have Skills:

- 6 months+ experience in Field Sales (any industry)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within Gujarat
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry (preferable)

Nice to Have:

- Experience in insurance sales
- Knowledge of local markets in Gujarat
- Certification in insurance sales
