Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a  Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates for various open positions that Vitasta has at any point in time

This role involves daily tasks related to candidate screening, communication, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of recruitment experience (in any domain)
• Need to have access to one or more major recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, Monster, Hirect etc)
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Ability to source and identify candidates
• Strong ccommunication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market
• Experience using recruitment platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
