  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Intern to join our team. The successful
    candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, building a strong
    employer brand, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
    Key Responsibilities :
    Recruitment Process
    • 1. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
    • 2. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
    • 3. Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
    Job Advertising and Promotion
    • 1. Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
    • 2. Remove job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once
    vacancies have been filled.
    • 3. Build a strong employer brand for the company.
    Recruitment Administration
    • 1. Coordinate new hire orientations.
    • 2. Assist HR staff in gathering market salary information.
    • 3. Assist in the planning of company events.
    Collaboration and Communication
    • 1. Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process.

    2. Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring.
    Requirements
    Education and Experience
    • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • - Prior experience in Recruitment would be an added advantage.
    Skills and Qualities
    • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • - Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
