Estimation Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

What you’ll do:

● Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents.

● Lead complete tendering and bid preparation activities, ensuring competitive pricing, technical compliance, and on-time submissions.

● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain high-quality quotations, evaluate pricing, and finalize cost‑effective proposals.

● Perform detailed risk assessments, cost comparisons, and value engineering to optimize project costs and margins.

● Monitor, control, and report project budgets, track variations, and support financial planning and forecasting throughout project execution.

What we’re looking for:

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

● Minimum 1+ year of experience in cost estimation, tendering, or a related engineering function.

● Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

● Effective negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
