      Role Description:

      This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Hyderabad, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote Paytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meeting sales targets.

      responsibilities:

      Sales activities

      Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet sales quotas

      Administrative tasks

      Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and

      update the CRM system

      Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leads

      Territory management

      Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basis

      Monitoring competitors

      Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

      FSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional sales manager.

      Qualifications

      Education: 12th and Any graduate.

      Experience: Minimum 6 months and freshers also can apply

      Sales and Business Development skills

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

      Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets

      Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      Fluency in Tamil and English languages

      Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus

      Eligibility:

      Fresher or experienced

      (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 College Passed outs can also apply)

      Salary

      Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Attractive incentives

      Shift Type

      Day shift (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)

      Working Days

      Monday to Saturday
