Job Overview
- IT Support – To attending the trouble shooting in system (Hardware and Software) – CMO & All Branches. To resolve the request quickly.
- CRM Administration - To co-ordinate for CRM system Installation, Configuration & Trouble Shooting. To co-ordinate with Service Provider for CRM Server maintenance.
- Budgeting – To assist Manager - IT on preparing Cost Budget (for Systems, Lap Tops, Tabs, Printers, Copier etc) for the management every year.
- Computer Security - Firewall maintenance and updated patches for all computer O/S and Antivirus - All branches.
- Server Security – To do preventive maintenance. To do Data security management through entry level.
- Monitoring IT equipment - To monitor all Computers / Lap Tops / Tabs, Printer of CMO & All Branches are functioning in good condition and ensure Hardware and Software related queries and trouble shooting attended properly by your subordinate. To install necessary supporting files in all Computers.
- Lap Top Agreement: To give Lap User Agreement while issuing Lap Tops.
- E-mail Id Creation – To create new E-mail Ids for new Employees in co-ordination with HR Dept.
- Server Back up - To ensure taking the server back up regularly.
- Domain – To implement GPO for Domain.
- Purchases - To purchase new computer and spare parts (after price negotiation).
Preferred Qualifications

BSC, BCA, BE (CS), B.Tech, Diploma in IT
