Shift: Rotational Night Shift / Flexible to work in any Night timings (5 days working , 2 rotational offs)

Work Location: VXI Global Solutions India Pvt. Ltd, Vega Block, Ground Floor, Gate No. 5, Ascendas IT Park, Inorbit Mall Road, Madhapur, Telangana – 500081.

Salary: 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA

 

Key Skills:

  • Excellent in reading, writing & speaking in English language Proficiently.
  • Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 35 wpm).

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support through Chat.
  • Responds to queries from customer through chat to answer queries / inquiries, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organizations services.
  • Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered via web chat.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines regarding the delivery of service and support to customers
  • Maintain an excellent on-time attendance record (schedule adherence)
  • Actively listen to the customer, and  show empathy and patience
