      Role Overview

      We are hiring Business Development Executives for our inside sales team, focused on the India and GCC markets. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients through structured outbound and inbound channels, and supporting senior sales team members in the closing process.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone
      • Qualify inbound leads using a structured framework (BANT)
      • Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for senior sales team
      • Maintain and update lead pipeline and activity records in the company CRM
      • Collaborate with the sales team on outreach campaigns and account research
      • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
      • Meet defined KPIs on outreach volume, qualified leads, and demo bookings

      Required Skills

      • Strong written and verbal communication in English
      • Working knowledge of Hindi for India-domestic outreach
      • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
      • Comfortable with phone-based and digital outreach
      • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
      • Quick learner with the ability to follow structured processes
      • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

      Preferred Skills

      • Prior internship or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development
      • Familiarity with CRM tools
      • Exposure to B2B sales or international client communication
