Job Title: Telesales Executive
Process Name: IndiaMART
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting IndiaMART service packages.
Clearly communicate the features and benefits of IndiaMART’s services to prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering suitable packages.
Achieve sales targets by closing deals.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
Graduate candidates with a minimum of 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong persuasion abilities.
Mandatory: Experience in a voice process.
Device Requirement: Android phone.
Age: 21 to 32 years.
Shift Timings
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
