      About the Role

      VilvaTech Smart Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Home Automation and Solar Solutions segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base across B2B and B2C markets.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Home Automation, Solar Energy, and Smart Security Solutions.
      • Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital platforms, and customer references.
      • Meet architects, builders, contractors, distributors, and direct customers to promote company products and services.
      • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
      • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
      • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
      • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
      • Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
      • Prepare daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
      • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in automation and solar industries.

      Required Skills

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
      • Knowledge of Home Automation, Solar Products, Electrical, or Smart Security solutions is preferred.
      • Ability to handle customer meetings and field sales activities independently.
      • Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.
      • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

      Qualification & Experience

      • Any Degree / Diploma in relevant field.
      • 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferred.
      • Experience in Automation, Solar, Electrical, or Technology-based industries will be an added advantage.
