Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales leads.
•    Follow up on customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our database.
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
•    Contact potential customers via phone and provide them with information about our products and services.
•    Continuously learn about new products and services in the animal healthcare industry to stay up-to-date and informed.
•    Plan and execute accordance with the management’s goals for new business acquisition.
•    Planning marketing initiatives and leverage referral network to promote business development.
•    Developing short-term and long-term sales objectives and strategic plans to meet market needs.
•    Define sales strategies to increase points of distribution, shelf space, product positioning, consumer awareness, conversion, and user acquisition. 
•    This is not a field sales profile; this is a telly sales profile.
