Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and opportunities for the company's products or services.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how the product meets the customer's specific needs and delivers value.
  • Provide technical expertise and answer customer inquiries about product capabilities, integration, and implementation.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects to demonstrate the product's capabilities and suitability for the customer's use cases.
  • Assist in evaluating and analysing the technical aspects of customer feedback and requirements, providing insights to the product team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in sales discussions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create technical content, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Participate in sales meetings, calls, and negotiations to provide technical support and address customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
    Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth handover of new customers and projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CCNA Trained candidates will be preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role in a technology-focused company.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of the Networking products from CISCO, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus or any other OEM for LAN/Campus/Enterprise Network Infra.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must have Product knowledge of Switches, Routers, WLC and Wireless Access Points of recognised OEMs like Cisco or Aruba
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Cisco CCW or IRIS will be preferred
  • Must have basic knowledge of WIFI and their RF properties, Knowledge of generating heatmap on Ekahau or Yagna iq tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and industry events.
