      Key Responsibilities

      • Sales & Lead Generation: Promote products/services, explain features, and convert prospects into sales. 
      • Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about offerings. 
      • Data Management: Accurately record call details, customer data, and update CRM systems. 
      • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales goals. 
      • Follow-Up: Nurture leads and follow up on opportunities for further action. 
      • Customer Engagement: Initiate and receive calls to interact with potential and existing customers.
