Job Summary

  • A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, and managing relationships, involving lead generation, presentations, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting targets, while maintaining customer satisfaction and reporting performance. They act as a key link between a business and its clients, focusing on growth by understanding needs and offering solutions. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
    • Client Engagement: Conducting in-person or virtual meetings, presenting products, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Sales Process: Negotiating contracts, preparing quotes, handling inquiries, and closing sales to meet targets.
    • Account Management: Nurturing existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Reporting: Tracking sales activities, updating CRM systems, and reporting performance to management.
