About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong Prompt Engineering capabilities—someone who effectively leverages AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and v0 to accelerate frontend development while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Frontend Development

Craft precise prompts to generate high-quality, reusable UI components using frameworks such as React / Next.js with Tailwind CSS or equivalent.

Use AI tools to speed up development while ensuring production-ready code standards.

Debugging, Optimization & Refactoring

Leverage AI to analyze existing frontend codebases.

Identify and resolve bugs, improve performance (lazy loading, bundle optimization, rendering efficiency), and refactor code following best practices.

Documentation & Testing

Generate unit tests, component tests, API documentation, and meaningful code comments using AI assistance.

Ensure test coverage and maintainable documentation across frontend modules.

Design-to-Code Translation

Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, or textual requirements into functional, responsive, and accessible frontend components.

Maintain visual consistency, responsiveness, and WCAG-aligned accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Integration

Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers.

Use AI as a collaborative assistant throughout the development lifecycle to improve speed, clarity, and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Frontend Skills

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with React / Vue / Next.js

Solid understanding of responsive design, component architecture, and state management

Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred)

Prompt Engineering & AI Skills

Ability to write clear, specific, and structured prompts for AI coding tools

Experience providing contextual inputs such as file structures, coding standards, and project constraints

Skilled at setting non-negotiable constraints (accessibility, browser support, performance goals)

Strong iterative mindset—reviewing AI outputs and refining prompts to improve results

Frontend Engineering Fundamentals

Deep understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and best practices

Ability to critically review AI-generated code and identify gaps, risks, or improvements

Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript

Familiarity with server components and modern rendering strategies

Exposure to design systems and component libraries

Prior experience working in AI-assisted or fast-scaling frontend teams
