Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers from Tamil Nadu- Chennai to join our IT Service Desk team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle IT support queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Log and track issues using the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Follow standard procedures and documentation
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on customer queries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- BCA, BSC CS and B.com (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
- 2025 pass outs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT concepts
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
