Essential Job Functions

UPS Installation & Commissioning: Ranging (1 kva to 800 KVA)

Install UPS units and battery banks at customer sites. Perform proper site inspection, earthing verification, and load testing. Ensure correct cabling and wiring practices are followed during setup.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine preventive maintenance and health checks. Attend breakdown calls, troubleshoot hardware and battery-related issues. Analyze system faults (PCB, control boards, fans, battery strings, etc.)

Site Travel (Pune & Pan-India):

Travel to client locations across Maharashtra and other cities in India when assigned. Handle emergency deployment or troubleshooting support at any of our project sites. Coordinate with logistics and ensure readiness of systems during intercity deployment.

Reporting & Client Handling:

Maintain detailed job sheets, client sign-offs, and service logs. Communicate clearly with clients regarding fault findings and resolutions. Provide usage instructions to clients post-installation.

Logistics & Equipment Management:

Support in loading/unloading of systems during dispatch and return. Track spares, battery stock, consumables, and service tools at the branch level.

Safety & Team Coordination:

Follow electrical safety protocols and company SOPs at all sites. Work with other team members during large installations or project rollouts. Train junior engineers and technicians on field procedures
