Job Description
The Presales Consultant is responsible for presenting HROne product offerings and business benefits in the best light to prospects and customers, evoking confidence in HROne solutions, and removing all functional objections in the sales cycle. This position will support the pre-sales efforts of sales teams covering businesses of all sizes in all market segments and a variety of industries. The consultant must be able to understand their prospect's key business requirements and demonstrate HROne applications' functional capabilities to meet these needs.
•    Understand the customer needs
•    Articulate the business benefits of SaaS to customers effectively
•    Configure and present customized demos
•    Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
•    Training to New and Old Sales team members on new /old product features
