Junior/ Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition (IT Recruiter – UK & Europe/Domestic ).

IT Recruitment for both permanent , contractual & C2H  hire(UK /EUROPE/Domestic).

  • ·         Source and validate the candidate as per JD
  • ·         Through understanding the JD and skills mentioned in JD
  • ·         Need to submit only quality CVs to all our premium clients that we work for
  • ·         Headhunting and searching the CVs from alternate sourcing medium like LinkedIn and X-ray search.
  • ·         must be a team player and in a competitive environment where quarterly targets on recruitment will be there.
  • ·         Go-getter attitude.

Recruiter will have responsibility for hiring talent across Europe/UK/India through creative sourcing, coordinating the resume review and interview process, and working collaboratively across offices with our Hiring managers and other recruiters.
