Roles & Responsibility:  To generate the sales & service revenue & achieve the sales target.

 Must Be Capable of Handling Objection and Using Product/ Service Benefits to Respond to Customer.

 Responsible for identifying opportunities and establishing new business, sales turnover targets and regularly discuss/review with customers if any.

 To source, follow up and secure new business for the company to ensure optimal growth for the company's products, in accordance with new business targets set.

 Capability building by ensuring continuous training to team members, and proactive cooperation. Sales of Industrial Bolting and Machining solutions for B2B customers:

 Meeting customers regularly

 Prepare techno-commercial offer and close the order.

 Provide pre-sales and after-sales support.

Negotiating sales orders, terms and conditions.

 Would be responsible for handling designated region allotted to him.

 Travelling as per requirement

 Would be responsible for dormant, new and existing clients of the allotted region.

 Responsible for the collection of business generated in that specific region.

 Will be responsible for resolving site technical issues.

 Gathering market and customer information

 Technical Marketing & presentation

 Project coordination and team coordination

 Tool servicing & maintenance

 Maintaining accounts and generating sales revenue.

 Working under sales targets and generating sales revenue

 Cold Calling potential customers

 Working on projects and B2B customer base
