Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in Electrical / Electronics

Have Knowledge in CNC Machines and Oil Industry sales

MBA marketing will be an added advantage

From freshers to 5 years of Experience in the sales portfolio and/or in related fields of technologies

Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel

Good to know about Siemens Automation products.

 

Responsibilities

• Generating business leads for electronics & electrical solutions by visiting potential customers

• The position is responsible for the field sales of products.

• Understanding the technical requirements of clients and co-ordinate with our internal team for

preparing the solutions and offerings as per the commitment given to customers

• Prepare the offer proposal with accuracy and share it with clients in the given timelines

• Manage final negotiation to finalize the order from the client

• Responsible for implementing & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast. Effectively conducts customer visits, Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with Customers

• Proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required. To

manage the targets assigned by the management

• Respond ly to sales requests for customer engagement needs

• Maintain the data and periodic analytics for Management review

• Should be an extrovert self-motivated personality with a results-driven approach and be very

strong in negotiation and convincing

• Good communication & presentation skills with an eye for details

• Competent in handling product demo and Technical queries for customers
