AIML Engineer - Agentic AIFull-time

Job Description:

We're seeking an  AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy an agentic AI system that leverages generative AI, RAG, and playwright automation to search, tailor, and apply for jobs on behalf of candidates. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and deploying AI-powered systems using modern machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop the agentic AI system using generative AI, RAG, and playwright automation to craft custom resumes and apply for jobs.

2. Build and fine-tune language models for resume parsing, job matching, and application submission.

3. Integrate the agentic AI system with the candidate portal and administrative portal.

4. Develop and implement algorithms for job matching, resume ranking, and application filtering.

5. Ensure the agentic AI system's scalability, performance, and reliability, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

6. Collaborate with the full-stack development team to integrate the agentic AI system with the candidate portal.

7. Troubleshoot issues, optimize models, and implement new features based on user feedback and business requirements.

Requirements:

1.  AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on natural language processing (NLP).

2. Proficiency in modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras) and programming languages (Python, Java, or C++).

3. Experience with generative AI, RAG, and playwright automation.

4. Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including language modeling, text classification, and information retrieval.

5. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker).
