Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma / Adobe XD / UI design files into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS layouts.
• Design responsive and mobile-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and the product team to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Maintain and update existing website designs and layouts.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and proper functionality across devices.
• Work closely with developers to integrate front-end designs with backend systems.
• Stay updated with latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in web design/front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic knowledge).
• Hands-on experience with Figma to HTML conversion.
• Knowledge of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly design and web performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

Good to Have :

• Knowledge of WordPress / Shopify theme integration.
• Experience with basic animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.).
• Understanding of basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
