Roles and Responsibilities

• Take end to end responsibility for a project from proposal to project completion.

• Assists in the staffing of projects.

• Organize project team members to ensure communication.

• Perform ongoing review of project status; identify possible project risks. Recommend and implement risk mitigation solutions as approved and appropriate

. • Good understanding of operations services process and functional technical track of a project.

• Relevant & functional ERP knowledge with expertise in ERP implementation.

• Prepare reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers.

• Locating problems in the company’s supply chain through quality control check.

• Perform appropriate tests and provide training to upgrade product quality.

• Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.

• Examining the company’s resource management and looking for ways to boost employee productivity.

• Design and maintain all IT processes according to operation policies through standardization of methods.

• Monitor all communication for each customer to assess operations within timeframe.

• Analyse all continuous upgradation process through various proactive self-initiated projects and ensure efficiency. Ideal candidate

• 3+ years of Experience as Operation Manager or Project Manager in ERP/Software Services.

• Candidate from or open to relocate to Delhi NCR/Patna.

• Candidate having no travelling issue and open to travel across globe.

• Strong problem solving, analysing and research capabilities and ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and use good judgment in stressful situation.

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Quick learner with the willingness to work alongside team members to get the job done.

• Project and time management skills
